I have a positive approach to using hypnotherapy for weight loss. Whilst there are many success stories in losing weight with fad diets and exercise regimes, very few people are successful in sticking to their weight loss plan long-term. Diets focus on giving something up; it’s a negative state of mind and very hard to maintain. There’s one main reason why you can’t lose weight; your subconscious doesn’t want you to.
