When listening to this recording, find somewhere comfortable you can sit or lie down and where you won’t be interrupted. The best time of day to listen is at the start of your day, or at least sometime during the day or early evening. Just don’t listen to it as you go to bed as you would likely fall straight asleep and thus not gain as much benefit from it. The purpose of this recording is to reinforce the suggestions and instructions I gave your subconscious in the appointment. It’s particularly useful in the first few days up to a week following the session, and should not be required long-term. Any questions let me know, otherwise enjoy being a non-smoker!
