Fear of flying can feel overwhelming – even just thinking about booking a flight can bring on a wave of anxiety. For some people, it’s the idea of being out of control. For others, it’s the fear of take-off, turbulence, enclosed spaces, or worst-case scenarios. And no matter how much reassurance you get, your body still reacts as though you’re in danger.
