Calm Your Mind Overview
The Calm Your Mind programme includes 6 pre-recorded video sessions and 6 weekly hypnosis audios, spaced over 6 weeks. Each video will guide you through a solution-focused therapy session and provide practical techniques on how to calm stress and anxiety, stop overthinking and find peace and balance in your life.
Afterwards, you will relax to a powerful hypnosis recording designed to consolidate everything you have just learned, release negative patterns and instill positive beliefs. You will then continue to listen to that recording everyday, or just as often as you choose, until the next weekly session. You will also drift off to a dedicated bedtime hypnosis track to support deep, restorative sleep.

How is this programme different from counselling or talking therapy?
Traditional counselling often focuses on exploring problems and understanding why they developed. Whilst there can be value in that, this programme takes a more solution focused approach. You’ll learn how your brain responds to stress and anxiety, what may be keeping you stuck in the present, and practical ways to move forward. The focus is on creating positive change rather than analysing the past.
Do I need any previous experience with hypnosis?
Not at all. Most people are surprised by how natural hypnosis feels. It’s a relaxed state of focused attention, similar to becoming absorbed in a book, film or daydream. You remain aware of what’s happening and cannot be made to do anything against your wishes.
What if I can't be hypnotised?
Almost everyone can experience hypnosis if they are willing to follow the process. The aim is not to “go under” or lose control. Simply listening and allowing yourself to relax is enough for most people to benefit.
How quickly will I notice a difference?
Everyone is different. Some people notice changes within the first week, while others experience more gradual improvements over the six weeks. Like learning any new skill, the more consistently you engage with the programme and hypnosis recordings, the more benefit you’re likely to gain.
How much time do I need to set aside each week?
The programme is designed to fit around a busy life. Each week includes one video session and one hypnosis audio that reinforces the ideas and techniques covered in that week’s lesson. You’ll also receive a separate bedtime hypnosis audio that is designed to be used throughout the entire six week programme. This recording is designed to help you relax and enjoy deeper, more restorative sleep. Many people simply press play as they settle down for bed and allow themselves to drift off naturally whilst listening.
How do I access the programme?
